Are you a dad of great students here at Miller? If so, we would love to welcome you as a volunteer for our watch dog program! Statistics show that by having fathers more involved, children develop more fully socially, physically, academically, and emotionally. When you volunteer, it also shows your child that education is important to you!  

As a watch dog you will spend some time in a couple of different classrooms, including your child’s room. You will spend the day helping teachers and students with different activities!  

Lunch will be available for you at the school. Following lunch is recess, you will be going outside to supervise, so please dress appropriately for the weather!  

Please take the time to review the volunteer handbook. The last 4 pages of the handbook will need to be filled out and handed into the office. From there, you will receive an email when your background check has been approved!
